"This is not the first time that I have done business with Perfect Memorials. Just over a year ago, my son passed away. I ordered two different urns. One for myself and one for my daughter. Engraving and delivery were done in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with the procucts. This year, I decided to have my son's urn buried below his grandmother's headstone. I ordered a broze plaque marker to be placed at the edge of the headstone. We had to take care of everything long distance as I live in FL and the grave site is in CA. They were very nice and worked with the cemetery to authenticate the specifications and receive approval. Then, it was shown to be delivered, but the cemetery had not received it. I made contact with Perfect Memorials. They were very concerned and proceded to find out what had happend. Apparently, UPS had delivered it to the wrong location. They put a trace on it and UPS is STILL looking for it! Perfect Memorials had another plaque made and shipped it out. I received confirmation today that the plaque has been received! Thank you so much for being so caring and taking care of the problem in record time."
