"When I lost my dog and the Vet gave me her ashes in a cardboard box, I was dealt two blows. Not knowing where to turn, other than "check the Internet" (said the Vet) I immediately found Perfect Memorials and a huge selection. Now my friend has a permanent, beautiful home and she's resting where she always did. Her urn is placed on its own table where her bed once stood. Thanks for helping me to bring her home, and to remember her with dignity and beauty!"

I ordered the golden retriever not the Labrador retriever, Because Even with his Akc & champion blood lines Our Zeus had the most beautiful wavy yellow/white mane Chest and back of his neck! when I saw the image of the golden retriever urn the face and neck was my Zeus!

Crystal Petite Swarovski Crystal Charm For Cremation Jewelry
It's cute. Charm does not stay on ring because there is a gap/space in the ring. Tried closing the gap/space but wasn't successful. Also, the top piece of the charm that attaches to the ring is bent.

I ordered the Celtic Cross urn for a friend whose husband is palliative. He has Scottish roots so the Celtic Cross had special meaning to him. The quality of the cross and knot work was wonderful. The urn felt sturdy and well finished. And, not to be crass, the price was extremely reasonable. I had ordered the same style urn in a different finish for myself years ago. Ordering urns for my friend and for myself was empowering and we got a design with significance to each of us and knowing the burden wasn’t being placed on loved ones was fantastic. The urn arrived here in Canada really, really quickly.

Product is way overpriced for what you get. Customer service not only not helpful but completely insensitive. If you have the same experience, contact better business bureau and your state consumer reporting agency.
