The chain is great but the lobster clasp and ring are very difficult to connect. We have lost two of our jewelry in one week due to the ring breaking. -

I have had my necklace for a little over a week. After I followed the instructions with glueing etc I have been wearing my necklace daily. I have not even worn for an entire week yet. This morning I put it on only to find the chain clasps broke. I can no longer wear my necklace. I spent a good amount on the whole thing overall. I am very disappointed in the quality of the chain. It is not durable at all. -

Very poor clasp, first one broke upon third time wearing, the round loop came detached, called was replaced quickly with another, this fell apart in first wearing, clasp came out and locket fell off, good thing she was at home and noticed right away or locket of ashes would have been lost. Have to call again for refund or different chain. -

The necklace broke after wearing it one day. One side of the chain came off the link but the link stayed attached to the other side. My niece was very upset because if it had not happened at home, she may have lost the necklace.
