The heart & oval photo cremation urn is created from solid red oak. Choose between a heart or oval picture frame. The photo is changed in the urn by removing the base. Made in the U.S.A.
Layout of name, dates, sentiment and paws varies with each urn. Our expert engraver will layout your urn to create the best presentation possible. An optional poem may also be engraved on the back of the urn. Choose from 4 different poems (see poem choices below). Due to the nature of wood products, wood color and grain will vary slightly with each cremation urn.

We ordered this product for our Lucky that recently passed. It's high quality and once we pulled it out of the shipping box, you could smell the "wood" smell. When I first saw this, I thought the top part came off and that is how you inserted the ashes. That's not the case. Three screws on the bottom of the urn have to be removed and have to be placed back into place to close the urn. I appreciate that aspect of the urn since there's no chance that the urn can be opened accidentally.
Our only complaint on the urn is the instructions for adding the picture to the urn were unclear. We did get the picture placed but didn't follow the directions. That is the only reason I gave this urn a 4 instead of a 5. -

We lost our beloved Indy who was a Maltese Yorkie mix 4 years ago and purchased his Memorial Urn from you. It was of the highest quality so when we lost our little Scootie who was a full Maltese a year ago we again ordered the same memorial urn for him and were again very satisfied. Well, this pasted December we lost our last little boy Jax who was a Min Pin so we decided to have his memorial the same as the others. When we lost our Golden in June 2011, we purchased this urn (XL Oval) and loved it. Sadly we lost his buddy, our Pomeranian, 15 months later and when I got home that day, the first thing I did was order the same urn but in the small heart. Again I was very pleased and not disappointed. The urn is high quality, quite substantial, and beautifully lettered. The picture doesn't do it justice. The urn reached us in record time before her cremains were even returned to us. Although I've always placed my orders online, I truly believe Perfect Memorials cares for their customers.
