The heart & oval photo cremation urn is created from solid red oak. Choose between a heart or oval picture frame. The photo is changed in the urn by removing the base. Made in the U.S.A.
Layout of name, dates, sentiment and paws varies with each urn. Our expert engraver will layout your urn to create the best presentation possible. An optional poem may also be engraved on the back of the urn. Choose from 4 different poems (see poem choices below). Due to the nature of wood products, wood color and grain will vary slightly with each cremation urn.

I received the urn for my lil dog, I miss her terribly. I only wanted the best for my lil girl, and this urn is absolutely perfect, beautiful, I'm very happy with it. My Mom even took the urn to our Vet to show him and his staff what a wonderful job they did. The Vet instructed his staff to get more info on Perfect Memorials so he can offer it to others. I have sent pictures of the urn with my lil girl's picture in the heart shaped frame, to friends and family, and everyone has commented on how beautiful it is. When my husband and I unexpectedly lost our precious four-legged, furry, little boy, Spanky, we were crushed! We knew our home would never be the same. We decided to get him cremated to keep him as close as possible to us. When we took him to where we were getting him cremated, none of the urns were good enough for him....nothing stood out at us that we wanted to put him in for his final resting place. I wanted something better to keep the remains of my beautiful dog, Trixie. The urn her remains came back in was passable, but I wanted something nicer for her. I looked at several sites, but as soon as I saw this urn at your site I knew it was the one. It was shipped very fast and I was very pleased when I got it. It makes me feel better to know my dog has a beautiful resting place. It sits on the mantel of my fireplace between pictures of my 2 beautiful children. -
