Because of the size of this heart pendant, the best photos for engraving will be relatively close up images that focus on your loved one's face. Depending on the quality of the provided image, lighting and contrast, the final product will vary. Our jeweler makes the best effort possible to make each pendant the highest quality possible.
Our photo heart keepsake pendant is made even more personal by a small internal chamber. The top of the pendant opens so that a small portion of cremated remains, a lock of hair, or dried ceremonial flowers can be placed inside. Wear your heart pendant proudly or display it at home. The top opening easily seals with a threaded stopper screw. We recommend that you use a drop of modeling glue or epoxy to seal the screw permanently.

I purchased three of these for my three little daughters after my husband passed away suddenly in a logging accident. They are beautifully made, and perfect weight for a necklace - I would suggest getting a stronger chain to go with it than the necklace that comes with it. My girls won't receive their necklaces until they are teens, but I know they will be comforted having their dad with them. -

I was a little disappointed with the way the photo appears on the face of the heart because the image is so light you can barely see that there is anything on there. I do love the other side where the engraving was done, it looks very beautiful. -

I received the photo heart necklace two days ago. Overall, I was pretty disappointed. You have to hold the necklace at exactly the right angle to even see the engraving. It was for my 7 year old niece who lost her father to cancer. I did also order the dog tag photo necklace for my nephew and the engraving was much easier to see. I guess because it was bigger. -

i love all the products you provide but was terribly disappointed with the quality of the engraving. all the pictures of your products that are engraved have good contrast between the picture and the background but i can hardly even see my great grandson's face. -
