Medium Framed Oak Photo Cremation Urn
This Medium Framed Oak Photo cremation urn is designed for pet owners who wish to display their favorite 4" x 6" horizontal photographs. This urn style is crafted from beautiful composite wood creating a truly lasting memorial to your beloved friend. Your favorite photo can be placed behind the acrylic window by removing the bottom of the urn. The photo can then be easily inserted. Shown here is the medium size for pets between 1-120 pounds.
Optional Engraved Plaque
An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 3 lines with a total of 35 characters on the name line and 65 characters on sentiment lines 1 and 2. Optional artwork may also be engraved. (See artwork options above)

The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

This is the second oak urn I have purchased from Perfect Memorials. I was so impressed and satisfied with the first urn for my 16 year old Golden Retriever who passed away in September 2015 that when my 14 year old Golden Retriever passed away in September 2016 I purchased one for her, too. The urns are as beautiful as my Goldens. -

I have bought a few Urns from Perfect Memorials and love this service and thier eye to perfection. I take in the older and disabled dogs that no wants any longer and give a warm place, food and lots of love. In turn they give still have so much love give back. So when they cross over to the rainbow bridge why not give a honor. I hope that one we all will put together that is where my heart belongs is to my dogs that came though my door & touched my life so deeply. -
