Medium Framed Oak Photo Cremation Urn
This Medium Framed Oak Photo cremation urn is designed for pet owners who wish to display their favorite 4" x 6" horizontal photographs. This urn style is crafted from beautiful composite wood creating a truly lasting memorial to your beloved friend. Your favorite photo can be placed behind the acrylic window by removing the bottom of the urn. The photo can then be easily inserted. Shown here is the medium size for pets between 1-120 pounds.
Optional Engraved Plaque
An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 3 lines with a total of 35 characters on the name line and 65 characters on sentiment lines 1 and 2. Optional artwork may also be engraved. (See artwork options above)

The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

It does fit with my dog , Lucy's ashes in that. BUT the photo size did not tell. I had to measure and learned that it was 6x4. I assumed it was 7x5 but I am wrong. I like that color light wooden better than my previous urn wooden was so dark and made me so depression! I switched from darken wooden to light wooden with my another light wooden(my dog, Blue). -
Just Beautiful

This was an incredible tribute. It is a wonderful way to remember our amazing Lola. We miss her terribly but we feel like she is home with this beautiful memorial. It is just like the picture, maybe even better. There was plenty of room for us to add in our keepsakes of her. I don't want to think of the future but when our other dogs leave, we will be coming back here to have them memorialized in the most touching and beautiful way. -

When it came time for my family to order a urn, it was a extremely hard time for all of us. Just 2 days prior to ordering we had to make a decision that no one should have to make. We lost a family member Shadow, a Black Lab New Foundland Mix, we had rescuex him from a Humane Society in Northern Iowa. As the years went by Shadow grew to trust and have fun with us alot more than his previous family.
Since he was that way with us, it was only fitting that we do the same for him. Do find a "perfect" resting place for him. What we picked out for him is just that, PERFECT!

I ordered the medium framed oak photo cremation urn for our sweet bulldog that we lost on 6/8/17. I put the order through on Friday night (6/9) at around 8pm & opted for the 2 day shipping with the understanding that 2 days means AFTER they receive the order, get around to putting the order together, doing the customization & then getting it out. Well - on Sat 6/10 - I get an email that the urn WAS SHIPPED!!! I couldn't believe it! Talk about SUPER fast!! It arrived at my house on Tues & it's absolutely perfect _3 _3 At first I wasn't sure which size to pick (i was going back & forth between the large & small). Our Romeo was 68lbs & the medium is perfect. The place that does the cremations offers urns on their website, but they're double the price of the Perfect Memorials urns. Think no more about it! Picked this urn for my handsome ragdoll cat Plaxico . I am very happy with this beautiful wooden box . Love the heart with paws print for his name plate. Plaxico was 17pds , I had room inside to add his most favorite toys. Happy with my medium box size. Thank you Perfect Memorials.
