We received the urn for my sister and are wildly disappointed with this product. The engraving isn’t an engraving at all, your website is insanely misleading. It is actually printed text on plastic, that YOU, yourself have to stick (yes stick, it has a sticky backing) on to the urn. We believed we were getting a metal engraving ... because that’s what engraving means. Not a plastic printed “engraving” that you stick on the urn. Also, and perhaps the worst part of this experience is the urn itself is terribly made. In fact when we moved my sisters remains in to the urn the screws did not catch and continued spinning in the hole, AND to make matters worse the seal for the bottom does not line up. So as we turned over the book my sisters remains started leaking through the bottom. I’m not sure this is appropriate for someone’s loved ones to have to figure out how to seal an urn so their loved ones remains do not continue to spill as the urn is moved. We can’t exactly return the urn given we’ve already transferred my sister to her final resting place ... but we also do not want to keep plastic covering the bottom so my sister doesn’t spill out. Yes, we did try to insert the bag my sister was delivered in from the funeral home in to the urn first. However, the opening on the bottom is very small and the only way to get the bag to fit would have been to open the bag, and have my sisters ashes spill out the top as we tried to funnel the bag in to the small opening. We are not only heartbroken by our sudden loss but mortified by your companies descriptions and product. -

I ordered this urn for my sister, and it is perfect. It is heavier than I expected, and feels sturdy.
