Medium Photo Cube Rotating Cremation Urn
The Medium Photo Cube cremation urn is a unique and special way to display up to 5 photos of a loved one. Made from composite wood that has been finished in a deep brown, the top half of the urn can spin around 360 degrees, allowing you to see all of the photos in this a one-of-a-kind memorial. Each side of the urn will accommodate up to a 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" photo that is protected by a clear pane of acrylic.
Because this urn is medium sized, it may not hold all of your loved one's cremains. Please see the product information above for details on the inside size measurements and volume. The urn lid is lined with 3M™ VHB™ tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily seal the lid to the base without using glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the lid on the base.
Optional Engraved Plaque
Personalized your photo cube cremation urn with an optional engraved plaque. Available in silver or gold, this plaque can be placed into one of the photo frames. Choose from a large selection of plaque options, including those with hearts, crosses, doves, and military insignia. Each plaque can include a name and two sentiment lines of 25 characters each, along with a date line that can include up to 35 characters. In addition, you may wish to add one or two poem plaque inserts, featuring one of the brief poems shown below.

Optional Urn Burial Container
The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

It was just as i wanted it to be. once i figured out how to put the pics it, it was a sinch. the inner panel slides out. i didn't want to spend taht much, but it is a quality piece. -

This urn is beautiful I found it easy to assemble... I got it for my 14 yr old Maltese who just passed away.. I'm so happy with this piece. I had got the heart oval urn in red oak for my mastiff who passed away a few months ago... Losing 2 dogs in 5 months was absolutely heartbreaking I'm so glad I was able 2 find beautiful urns for them... -

We lost our handsome cat to cancer on New Year's Eve. He was a little love and it completely broke our hearts. We were looking for something simple, well made and capable of showcasing a few photos.
We chose this urn and are very happy we did. It looks beautiful. We also ordered the silver engraved plaque with his name, the Celtic Cross, 2 sentiment lines and dates. It is so professionally done and looks so nice. As sad as we are, we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
Our little guy was only around 9lbs at the end and we were a little worried that this may be too big. But it is just perfect, with plenty of room to include a favorite toy or two and a little baggie of fur. We especially like how it is also somewhat discreet, looking just like a photo cube to someone visiting. We chose to put the plaque on the lid so that all four sides show pictures.
It was helpful to me to read the other reviews before I ordered...especially about how to get the pictures in. It actually is very easy once you know that the inside wood panels slide up and out.
As hard as it is to be looking at urns when you lose a loved one, Perfect Memorials made the experience an easy one. Great selection and wonderful service. -

The urn was perfect and appeared just as advertised on the website. As far as inserting the pics I had no problem like everyone else stated. It was easy. The engravings were nice and well done too. I like the dark color too. It goes well with our furniture. -

I ordered this urn for my two beloved felines. The piece is aboslutely beautiful. The engraving is beautiful, the piece is solid & I love that it rotates so all photos can be seen. I don't think there is a better way to memorialize our beloved pets than a piece like this. I showed the finished piece with photos to a number of people and all were moved to tears. -

It really is a beautiful Urn for my wonderful dog Merlin. But it really should include instructions that tell you the inside walls slide up so you can place your pictures with ease. I was in tears because I could not figure out how to bend the plastic so I could place my pictures in the openings. I was going to return it until I finally went back and read the other reviews and the last one said to remove the inside walls. -

I got this urn for our beloved shih tzu Murphy who died way too young from lymphoma. It is beautiful! I do agree with the reviews that it took me a while to figure out how to get the pictures in as it did not come with instructions. So to all who buy this, the inside wood panels slide up and out, sit your picture in there and slide the wood panel down again, easy! Very nice quality. This holds my 16 lb. Murphy in his tin from the crematory, his collar, a bag of his fur, and room for a small toy. We love it and our so happy to have this wonderful memorial for our Murphy. Thank you Perfect Memorials! This final resting place for my beloved dog of 14 years is absolutely beautiful. I was hesitant at first to order such an important memorial for my Amber. I lost my Sweet Codie on July 23rd. I was devestated and so heartbroken. I had asked that he be cremated. Both of my parents are and I have their ashes. I did not want to receive Codie's ashes and not have a place to put them that is special. I searched Google and found your website. I was so comforted to find this Urn. I agree that the picture areas are tight.....(I used plyers to pull out the cardboard and plexiglass) but the finished Urn is just perfect and I am grateful fot this. It came quickly....before his ashes arrived and I have shown my friends who have pets so that they know where to go when they have a need. Thank you for your promptness and product. I am grateful.
