Medium Photo Cube Rotating Cremation Urn
The Medium Photo Cube cremation urn is a unique and special way to display up to 5 photos of a loved one. Made from composite wood that has been finished in a deep brown, the top half of the urn can spin around 360 degrees, allowing you to see all of the photos in this a one-of-a-kind memorial. Each side of the urn will accommodate up to a 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" photo that is protected by a clear pane of acrylic.
Because this urn is medium sized, it may not hold all of your loved one's cremains. Please see the product information above for details on the inside size measurements and volume. The urn lid is lined with 3M™ VHB™ tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily seal the lid to the base without using glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the lid on the base.
Optional Engraved Plaque
Personalized your photo cube cremation urn with an optional engraved plaque. Available in silver or gold, this plaque can be placed into one of the photo frames. Choose from a large selection of plaque options, including those with hearts, crosses, doves, and military insignia. Each plaque can include a name and two sentiment lines of 25 characters each, along with a date line that can include up to 35 characters. In addition, you may wish to add one or two poem plaque inserts, featuring one of the brief poems shown below.

The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

I'm really glad I chose this urn. It was exactly what I had hoped for. It looks exactly like the picture. The wood material is smooth, with clean lines and fine fitting workmanship. The slide panels holding the pictures and plaque are clever, but you need to figure it out for yourself - no instructions included. The lid tape some people complained about is gone, which suits me. A fine final resting place for my lost boy. -

I purchased the medium photo cube urn for my precious Hunny Bear and was very pleased with the purchase. The engraved plaque in silver is beautiful and I love having her pictures on it. There is plenty of room to put the nice urn that she came in as well as a clipping of her hair. Also after ordering this I was directed to a free memorial web site. I made a page in tribute to my lost pup and it is beautiful too. During a very difficult time, memorializing my dog was very important.I purchased the picture cube urn.It was even better than I could hope for.The craftsmanship, the quality and the ability to engrave a plate and place four pictures on the outside frames made this a wonderful memorial. -

My husband and I had to put down our kitty Crystal that we had for 16 years. Which was the hardest day of our lives. The cube came packaged perfectly and the quality exceeded our expectations. Because it is a nice size we decided not to seal it as her sister Amber is still with us. We figured we could use the cube for both some day so they can be together again -

We decided a long time ago when it was our Sassy's time to pass we would have her cremated. Well that time came on February 24, 2010 (she was almost 16) Even tho it has been devastating to lose her - this beautifull urn has brought us comfort knowing we still have her with us. This is my first order from Perfect Memorials and it arrived in record time. It is very nice. A perfect place to store not only ashes but momentos such as collar, ID tags, and pet fur. It sits next to my favorite chair and I love how it spins so I can look at a different picture each night. We ordered the gold plaque insert and put it on the top-it is a nice touch.
As other reviewers stated, it is difficult to put the pictures in. I tried taking the backs off of the pictures and placing them directly in but this did not work well. What worked the best was to remove the cardboard, pull out the back halfway, and jiggle the picture down.
What prevented me from rating this 5 stars is the plastic covering of the pictures. It is cheap plastic and mine came with several scratches on each one. It also came with bits of gluey substance on it which, when I tried to get it off, caused the plastic to scratch even more. When the pictures are in you can only see the scratches from a distance, but I felt that at the price I paid I should have gotten a better material to cover the pictures. (Like glass or plexiglass, not cheap thin plastic) -

I so impressed the with variety of urns I had to choose from & was able to choose one that was able to show her from age 12 wks to 15 yrs. I was very happy with the site. It made ordering very simple & they thought of everything down to the velvet bag. This urn was perfect for my beagle of 18 years. I was able to place her ashes in it with plently of extra room for her collar, bag of hair, and impression of her paw. Very nicely made, only wish the top had a magnet closure or latch as an option.
