Medium Photo Cube Rotating Cremation Urn
The Medium Photo Cube cremation urn is a unique and special way to display up to 5 photos of a loved one. Made from composite wood that has been finished in a deep brown, the top half of the urn can spin around 360 degrees, allowing you to see all of the photos in this a one-of-a-kind memorial. Each side of the urn will accommodate up to a 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" photo that is protected by a clear pane of acrylic.
Because this urn is medium sized, it may not hold all of your loved one's cremains. Please see the product information above for details on the inside size measurements and volume. The urn lid is lined with 3M™ VHB™ tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily seal the lid to the base without using glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the lid on the base.
Optional Engraved Plaque
Personalized your photo cube cremation urn with an optional engraved plaque. Available in silver or gold, this plaque can be placed into one of the photo frames. Choose from a large selection of plaque options, including those with hearts, crosses, doves, and military insignia. Each plaque can include a name and two sentiment lines of 25 characters each, along with a date line that can include up to 35 characters. In addition, you may wish to add one or two poem plaque inserts, featuring one of the brief poems shown below.

Optional Urn Burial Container
The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

My 9 yr old husky/shepard passed away suddenly and we wanted to get something nice to remember her by and the cube was perfect. Very suttle, love that we can put our favorite photos in, actually put three photos in each slot so we can easily switch them out for a new look and enjoy all her greatest moments. Pictures fit great if you cut them to size, will definately order from them again. Would reccomend to everyone. The gold plaque with a personal message brought it all together! -

I love the urn so much!! It looks so nice. I ordered three of the engraved plates and i'm very happy with how they look. I chose two photos to put in the urn to make it more personal. It's a great place to store my dog's ashes. It's just right. It was tricky trying to get the plates and the pictures in side slots. I used some tape to hold the sides up when I installed the pictures. It made the installation so much easier. The inside wood plates came out easy so it didn't take very long to get everything just how I wanted it. Thanks Perfect Memorials! -

This item is exactly what we wanted for Buster. I wasn't looking for a traditional urn but something to remember him by with pictures as well as a place to put his ashes. I ordered this in the morning and got a notification that it was shipped later that day. I received the item the next day and I didn't pay for faster shipping; in fact, it was the frees shipping. Others have talked about the difficulty with putting the pictures in the slots. However, what most don't know is that you can remove the backing from inside and pull the wooden slats out. It's perfect and I love it. -

I received my Medium cube today....and I am very impressed. It was packaged very securely in paper and foam and is exactly what you see in the picture online. I measured the INSIDE at 5"H x 4 3/4W x 4 3/4D, so it fit my small urn nicely. Print out photos at 4x6 and cut to size (fits 4x4 only). Install photos by sliding up the backs where they go. Very easy to set up. The placard I ordered with it was beautiful, too. I am so happy to look at it now that it is done. PerfectMemorials....Thank You so much. I Highly Recommend.:) -

This pet urn is beautiful and interchangeable. We lost our first dog recently and this urn made it easier to cope with the loss. Being able to switch out different photos is a HUGE plus! Very Happy with this purchase. -

I love this urn! I bought this two times in the last two years for our dogs. I love all the sides to it and chose a poem to go in the top of each one along with the engraved front plaque. It still has room for 3 pictures which is great if you are limited on space to show off your dogs. I don't have to have a picture frame taking up space next to the urn with all the ones I can put in this! I love the choices for the little adornments you can put on, but wish I could have done custom plaque for the top of the urn instead of just picking one of their poems. Love the quality, finish, and style of this urn! It really displays everything I want to perfectly!
