Large Cedar Wood Cremation Urn
The Large Cedar wood cremation urn is made from composite wood with American Cedar veneer. This urn has a top opening lid that has a lock and key. The bottom of the urn has soft felt pads which will help prevent damage when placed on delicate surfaces such as wood or glass. Grain varies with each urn.
Optional Engraving
An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 4 lines with a total of 35 characters on each line. Engraving will be done directly on the top of the urn. Optional artwork may also be engraved. (See artwork options above)

Engraving your memorial helps to permanently identify the urn. Personalization helps make the memorial for your loved one personal and unique. Some cemetaries can require direct engraving for identifcation purposes. In the incident of being misplaced or lost the engraving can help return the memorial back to it's proper location.

This will allow you to review the text and make any changes you wish to see. Do note, the engraving will not be displayed on the product you purchase, rather it is meant to give you an idea of fonts, verbiage and layouts chosen. If you purchased an item with a custom photo engraving, the photo will not be displayed in the engraving example but we will be certain to use any/all cropping notes you provided to us when you placed your order. Optional Urn Burial Container
The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

My mother passed and was cremated four months ago. She had already purchased a plot in her home state (along with a headstone), and she wanted her ashes buried there. This chest was exactly the right size to transfer the box from the funeral home, without us having to handle the ashes. Their box (with all the information on top) easily fit into this cedarwood chest. Even though it was going to be buried, I included the Celtic cross and her name and dates. It turned out just beautiful, and it made me feel better about putting her to rest in it vs. what the funeral home sent home. I can also wear the key on a necklace. The delivery was fast, and the craftsmanship was beautiful. -

This urn is perfect for my father. He was a simple man and this is a simple urn. His ashes fit perfectly. In life he enjoyed working with wood and always valued the qualities of Cedar. The box has a beautiful smooth grain and is built sturdily. The engraving was well executed and centered. The inside of this urn was smooth and smelled quite nice being Cedar. I know Daddy would be happy to have his ashes reside in this very beautiful urn. -

Just beautiful - great workmanship. The cedar contains a couple of knots, but I think that the knots actually add to the appearance and beauty of the memorial. I've changed my mind about burying it, but plan to keep it and perhaps let it contain a few possessions of the deceased. -
