What are cremation jewelry memorials?
Perfect Memorials offers cremation jewelry in many styles, materials and themes. We offer a variety of jewelry types ranging from necklaces, to rings, to bracelets, to earrings and cufflinks. Each cremation jewelry piece has a small chamber that is meant to hold a small amount of ashes, burial soil, cermonial flowers or locks of hair. The chamber will hold one small pinch of these materials.
Can I personalize my memorial jewelry?
Most memorial and cremation jewelry items can be personalized by way of either engraving, chain upgrades or charms. Within each product listing, within the product options section all personalization options for each item will be listed.
How do I fill and seal my cremation jewelry?

Cremation jewelry is commonly sealed with adhesives such as epoxy or superglue to permanently seal the pendant. We highly recommend using the included jewelry epoxy as it offers the strongest bond. It is specially formulated to only dry once oxygen has been cut off from it so it will only dry on the threaded, closed areas to allow for easy cleanup if spillage or overflow of the adhesive should occur.
If you are not comfortable filling and sealing the pendants, most local funeral homes or crematories will be happy to assist in the process.
Although we provide the filling kit with your purchase, please note only one fill kit will be sent per shipment. This kit can be used for sealing over 20 jewelry pendants. If you should desire more fill kits we offer them separately on our website HERE.
Is it OK to get my cremation jewerly wet?

Although some families choose to wear their cremation jewelry during showering and swimming, we do not recommend this to customers. The minerals in common tap water will eventually cause the jewelry to tarnish. Jewelry should also not be worn while bathing or any other strenuous activity (like exercise or gardening).
To preserve the life of your cremation jewelry follow these basic recommendations. Periodically, your cremation jewelry may need to be cleaned. Please refer to the section below to see cleaning instructions that are specific to the type of jewelry you have chosen. If you are not sure what type of jewelry you have, please refer to your order form or call 1-800-979-8767 to speak with a Perfect Memorials customer service representative.
Is a chain included with my memorial pendant?
Most pendants from Perfect Memorials come with a complimentary chain or cord. However, there are exceptions to this. It is recommended to refer to the product description to find out if the piece you're interested comes with a free chain or cord. Do note, even if a complimentary chain or cord is offered, we offer varying sizes and chain types to meet your specific needs.
