This lovely piece of jewelry opens so that a small amount of cremated remains, a lock of hair, or a pinch of dried ceremonial flowers can be placed inside. The top seals easily with a threaded stopper screw, but we recommend using a modeling glue or epoxy to make a permanent seal.
This beautiful cremation necklace was designed by a professional jeweler, and each one is made with care. The front includes the message "Always in My Heart" in an appealing script font. Wear your necklace proudly with the enclosed satin cord, upgrade to a silver chain, or hang the pendant as part of a memorial display.

I recently ordered a gold pendant but received a silver one instead. This error was not done intentionally and whenever us humans are part of a process there will be errors. I reported the issue and received the gold pendant two days later (overnight shipment) free of charge. Additionally my shipment charges on the original order was refunded. This is the definition of customer service.
The moral here is to not judge anyone or any entity on their mistakes but instead by how they response to them.
