The loop at the top unscrews, revealing a small chamber into which you can place a pinch of cremains, a lock of hair, or another keepsake. We recommend that you use modeling glue or epoxy to permanently seal the pendant.

If anything could be improved about this product I would request that different chain lengths be offered. The chain is high quality and beautiful, but it is much too short for me. I am a 6'1" 205 pound athletic male and the chain seems like it is sized for a petite female or child. So bear that in mind, however for the price I would definitely recommend this quality piece of memorial jewelry! -

This product is absolutely beautiful and can be used for different purposes. It is advertised for cremation ashes, however, I was looking for something to put a small lock of hair of my dad's in. And this did just that. It is of great quality and is of the perfect size to keep your loved one close to your heart. The chain it came with is strong with a lobster claw clasp. -
