I purchased two of these necklaces. One sealed perfectly, while the other did not. The screw on the one necklace sticks out away from the pendant and is a little sharp. -

This piece of jewelry is very nice and just the right size, as well as the chain. I did find that it was hard to funnel the ashes inside, as instructed. I also had a hard time sealing the screw with the glue provided; it dried too fast for me to drive the screw in correctly. After trying several times to accomplish this, I gave up and took it to a jewelry repair place. They said I had damaged the rungs of the screw and sealed it as best as they could, but the screw is still not flush with the pendant. If I had to do it all over again, I would have taken it to the jewelers and let THEM do it. Over all, this pieces is very, very nice.
