The Perfect Silver Flat Photo Plaque
This steel plaque is designed to enhance the presentation of a cremation urn or burial container, and also identify who’s cremains are inside in the case of a natural disaster. The plaque has room for up to four lines of personalized engraving. The plaque comes with a pre-applied industrial adhesive tape. This allows you to have the option to place the plaque where you would like on the cremation urns or burial container. Please note, this plaque is not mounted on wood, it will come a a silver plaque only as shown in the photo thumbnails.

Engraving
Engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 7 lines with a total of 20 characters on each line.
Depending on the provided image, lighting and contrast, the final product will vary. Our designer makes the best effort possible to make each plaque the highest quality possible. After you place your order we will send you an e-mail on where to send the photo.

This company I would give 10 stars to if I could. I just received my 5th plaque from them (have them on all my beloved pets urns) and while it was perfectly lovely and had no errors, it didn't totally match my others in style and one phone call and they are redoing it for me. A company that will do this when they could just as easily say we sent what you bought is a wonderful company to purchase from, and I will tell all my friends. This is why I come back to them every time. -

These plaques are excellent. The quality is amazing and the work that they do is amazing. We lost our son in a car accident due to freezing rain while he was on his way to work. We wanted a plaque of him for our camper it is amazing how the picture looks just like him. I showed family members and we have know ordered 6 of them with all different pictures and they are all amazing. We have also ordered 2 sets of the sind charms and they are excellent as well. I couldn't be happier with thier work. My son's urn/case will forever be well identified with his picture, dates, and how he is related to us (son of...) and his sisters (brother of...). The funeral home recommended we make sure the urn is well identified for generations to come, as they had had someone come into their establishment recently with a totally unidentified urn someone found while cleaning out their parents' home/garage. "You don't ever want that to happen to your loved one" they said, which is so true. Thank you for a wonderful product at an outstanding price. -

I told my dad to open up the envelope when my moms plaque came. Its been exactly 3 weeks since her passing so it really hit home the fact she is really gone. Its a BEAUTIFUL plaque.
