I’m sure this will work fine and all, but though I thought I would receive everything for two urns, I got two urns and only enough materials for one (water soluble bag, thread, etc.). No directions anywhere on how to put it together. Very strange. And it doesn’t come with a certificate stating that it’s biodegradable, either. It’s cheap/affordable, and hopefully it is biodegradable like it says.

My order arrived very quickly and overall I am happy with it. A few numbers in the engraving are not very deep and readable but the photo turned out wonderful.

This is the first time I have used Perfect Memorials. I have to say I am impressed with the quality and the service. The first headstone was damaged in shipping, I contacted Perfect Memorials and they had a replacement sent to me in 2 days, no additional charges. Finding someone that understands your grief when you loose a pet is hard to find these days. If I ever need something for a memorial, I will definitely use Perfect Memorials.
