"When our father passed and we had him cremated, no one at the mortuary mentioned an urn vault. Our mom was distraught thinking of placing the lovely urn holding his cremains directly in the ground. We searched for "urn protectors for ashes" and found urn vaults. Our entire experience with Perfect Memorials was positive.
