"I ordered an Ivory Urn for my brother and received it but the picture was very dark. I then contacted a representative who handled the issue promptly and professionally and I resent a "lighter" photo. They quickly sent the urn to me with the updated photo and I'm very happy with it!!! Great customer service!!! Thank you!"

We are extremely pleased with the walnut urn. It is is subtle and understated, and the quality of the wood and the craftsmanship of its construction make for a really nice keepsake. We had our big orange tabby Chester, believed to be about 2 years old, only 9 months when a sudden stroke took him from us. In the short time he was with us, he really became part of our household, and he had a great time with our two dogs and two other cats. The walnut urn allows us to keep those memories with us. We received the urn much more quickly than anticipated, and our order was perfect.
