This e-mail is to let you know I received the pet urn I ordered on 08/22/08. I wanted to let you know the urn is beautiful and I am very happy with it. The dog figurine on top of the urn looks very much like Daisy too. I bought a urn that was one size larger than I needed and was very happy to discover that it was large enough to hold the small urn that Daisy was returned to me in from the cremation services. It was a great comfort to be able to remember her as she was the last time I was with her. Thank you for offering such a nice product.

Thank you for the beautiful job done on my cat Alexander’s memorial. The finished product id exactly as I hoped it would be. Friends have commented that this marker is nicer than the ones for some people!

Received super fast. Was a little disappointed in the area for the ashes is very, very small. Also, chain that came with it is very different than pictured.
