Small Brass Nickel Plated Mother Of Pearl Cremation Urn

Thank You !! Amazing product , it too me a while to find the appropriate final resting place for our beloved Leeloo ... This urn is more than I ever hoped for ! Engraving was done with care and look great.

As soon as I received my product I called and emailed the company. I was expecting the urn to look like the picture to the right of this review and on the internet. it di not.
Instead the urn has a shiny chrome finish and you can't hardly see the engraving I was expecting a matt finish in nickel.
I was told I received what I purchased and the company will DO NOTHING.
never again will I order from this company , nor tell anyone else to.

This will be long, but I want to be thorough.

My sweet toy poodle, Heidi, passed away unexpectedly on January 25th. I was beyond devastated, but knew I wanted her cremated as we are a military family and I wanted to be able to take her with us when we move as we always have.

I began searching for an urn for her and initially was completely overwhelmed and the pain made it impossible to find anything that I felt was right. I'd come to this website and loved the selection of pet urns and came back after giving myself a little time to think it over. In my second search, I came across this one, which I hadn't seen in my first search. As soon as I saw it though, it hit me- "this was Heidi's urn." The coloring of the Mother of Pearl on it seemed to resemble the coloring of her fur and this one just spoke to me. It was as if I wasn't meant to see it in my previous search because I wasn't ready for it and without any hesitation it jumped out at me and I knew I needed it.

Other websites I'd been on had a "small" sized with a max weight of 25-30 lbs, so when I saw this one was up to 50 pounds, I worried that it would be too big for her, but because it was so pretty, I wanted to get it anyway. I read reviews and found one that mentioned a miniature poodle, and since Heidi was a toy, I knew that I may be getting one that was going to be a little big for her, but as I said this was the one that spoke to me. In searching everywhere else online, there was nothing that looked as nice as this one, had the price that this one had, and came any smaller anyway. So, I decided to order this one.

When choosing the engraving, I chose the Vanessa font, which was feminine and beautiful (however I believe it could be used for anyone).

The engraving on it is beautiful and the urn itself is beyond beautiful. The quality of it is obvious when you hold it. It's not so heavy it's difficult to hold, but it's heavy enough that you can feel the obvious quality in it.

The lid of it screws on securely, and the bottom is perfectly flat so as not to wobble at all. I looks absolutely stunning. I'm completely blown away by how beautiful it is and the only thing that could make it better would be if I didn't need it at all.

I hope to not have to for a long time, but the next time I need another urn, I have no doubts that I'll come back to Perfect Memorials because they made this very painful process just a little easier by making everything simple, quick, and delivering a beautiful product. I feel like my Heidi can rest in peace now in her new home that will beautifully be displayed in our home for the rest of my life.

I would like to say that I was extreamly impressed with this urn! The engraving was done very nicely also! When a person is faced with losing a member of their family, they want a beautiful, memoriable and lasting tribute to them. I feel I have got that with this urn for my beloved Abigail. Also to mention, I ordered one day, got it the next. Excellent service!!!! I will order again for sure!

I purchased this urn a couple of years ago for my son's ashes. I was so brokenhearted, and looked for the perfect urn to remind me of his beautiful sandy blonde hair. I received the urn and immediately felt it was the perfect reminder of the little boy I love so much! There were defects on the lid and after contacting customer service, they sent me a replacement rapidly. I am so proud to be able to display this beautiful urn. This urn is stunning perfection!! After looking all over the web for the perfect vessel to hold my dearest Amon I saw this urn and thought it absolutely beautiful.
