Urn Size & Filling Information

This urn is 1 cubic inches in volume making it suitable for use as a keepsake or sharing urn. It will hold just about 1 tablespoon of cremains within the small chamber of the urns base. The urn's outside dimensions are 6.7" H x 4.4" W x 4.4" D.

On the bottom of the urn you will find a threaded bottom closure. To fill the urn the threaded closure will be removed, a bag containing your loved ones remains is placed inside and screwed it back on. Your order will include a bag and tie for your loved ones ashes.

Displaying & Burying The Urn

This urn makes a great work of art to display in your home. However, if the plan for this urn is to be buried, it is important to consider a burial container. Burial containers will protect the urn from damage when buried as it is not meant to carry the weight of burial on its own. The Crown Vault Urn Burial Containers are made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.
