I ordered this as a keepsake for a very much loved pet that passed away. it is amazing the quality of the photo is perfect. I love it and am very glad that I purchased one. I purchased 4 of these for a family that I was closely tied to for several years. Their mother passed away in 2013 and I have been looking for something that would really keep her close to their hearts ever since...something that was unique.
I absolutely LOVE how well this turned out. To me, they are the perfect size. If it were any larger, I think it would make the much more personal touch not so personal. (I did order my own chains from elsewhere since I wasn't too sure about the ones available through their site.)
This is something I would definitely purchase again. I'm even considering ordering one for myself that has a picture of my nephew when he was much younger. These are just as ideal of keeping someone close that is still with us.
I can also add that even though the first two were not exactly as requested, the company was QUICK to replace the items with the corrected pendants. There wasn't any of the craziness you experience from other companies when trying to get an item the way you wanted it. They even sent it out express mail - which allowed me to deliver the gifts as originally planned. -
