With the photo dog tag stainless steel cremation pendant, you can turn a picture into a beautiful piece of memorial photo jewelry. Simply send us a favorite photo of your loved one, and our skilled jeweler will permanently engrave the image onto the stainless steel pendant. Open the top to place a pinch of cremains or a lock of hair inside. You can wear this pendant as a cherished memory or give it to a friend or family member as a heartfelt gift.
Please note that our jeweler makes their best effort to make each pendant the highest quality possible, but the final product will vary depending on the provided image, lighting, and contrast. We recommend that the photo that you provide is as clear as possible and relatively close up. You can send your image via the above order form, by email, or through the mail. In addition to the beautiful personalization made possible through the photo engraving process, this dog tag pendant also opens so that a small portion of cremated remains, a lock of hair, or a pinch of dried ceremonial flowers can be held inside. The tools and instructions for filling the pendant will be included with your order. Use a drop of modeling glue or epoxy to seal the pendant permanently.

Nothing can take the pain away when it comes to the loss of a loved one or a loved pet. I lost my best friend, my girl and my adorable Doberman girl last month. She was my life and my pride and she was only 5.
I found Perfect Memorials by chance and ordered a piece of jewelry that they placed a picture on one side and a memorial on the other. I was very skeptical about this process, but I was overwhelmed with the accuracy and detailed quality of the image and piece I received. I was originally going to do a locket so I can put a photo in it, but doing this process was 100% better. Now I know why they're called "perfect memorials" I cant thank them enough!! losing our child/pet has been a very difficult process and this piece is something we will have and cherish forever. I am giving this as a Christmas gift which is a great way to commemorate a loved one but its smaller than I thought it would be. The example tag is slightly misleading, should be the size of a regular dog tag other than that it's a cute and thoughtful gift -

I give it a 4 because it looks good, I just wish it was darker. You can't see the picture unless you turn it a certain way! I was really surprised at how fast I received them. Super excited to see the kids face when they open them as a gift. -
