Customize this plate with up to 3 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 25 characters. Choose from a variety of fonts. Each line of engraving is $3.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $7.98 plus the base cost of the plate.
Attaching a Plate
Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of the paw prints in that I had expected a product somewhat more substantial. The incorrect color was sent. To Perfect Memorial's credit, they are correcting their error. -

The little paw print plaque that I ordered to put on our dog's urn is precious. The price is reasonable. I paid $5.00 for Priority Handling and put a note requesting that they try to get it to me within 7 days. They processed it that day and shipped it. I received it 3 business days later. Very impressive.
I would like to mention that it did not come with adhesive on the back but that wasn't a big deal. We used super strong glue to attach it. -
