Medium Rotating Memories Cremation Urn
The Medium Rotating Memories Cremation Urn is a unique way to display up to 6 of your favorite photos. The base of the urn can spin 360 degrees making this a one-of-a-kind memorial. This unique urn has an optional personalized plaque with a variety of designs available. Each side of the urn will hold a photo with a maximum size of 2 3/4" wide by 3 3/4" high. The urn is made from a composite wood with glass photo protectors.
Simple Sealing
The inside of the urn lid can be lined with 3M™ VHB™ tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily seal the lid to the base without the use of glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the lid on the base.
Optional Engraved Plaque
An optional engraving can be done on one of many artwork plaques available. Engraving can be up to 4 lines. Three lines can have a total of 25 characters and one line with 35 characters. You may also choose additional poem plaques. The plaques will slide into place on the urn in the same method photos will be inserted and stored.

Engraving your memorial helps to permanently identify the urn. Personalization helps make the memorial for your loved one personal and unique. In the incident of being misplaced or lost the engraving can help return the memorial back to it's proper location.

Available on this product is an engraving example. If you choose this service, a mock-up of your engraving will be e-mailed to you within 24-business hours. This will allow you to review the text and make any changes you wish to see. Do note, the engraving will not be displayed on the product you purchase, rather it is meant to give you an idea of fonts, verbiage and layouts chosen. Optional Urn Burial Container
The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

Beautiful Piece - not just for pets

This piece is beautiful. I wanted something young for my boyfriend who died prematurely at 35.
I think they should stop promoting this as an urn for pets. My boyfriend and I took several photos together and it looks great. I can turn it around and look at the photos.
The quality of the unit is great. It was a bit disheartening when I got it and it had photos of a lady and her pet. It think more people would order it for other people if it didn't have "Duke's paws" on it. :)

I am so glad to have found this company. This has been the most difficult time in my life and to be able to honor the love that my dog brought me and my husband through this memorial urn has helped me so much. It is absolutely beautiful and I love being able to see her sweet face every day with this picture memorial. -

The pictures do not due this beautiful urn justice, I loved the looks of the urn in the pictures but when I received it, it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Shipping and delivery was super fast, I ordered on a Monday afternoon and it arrived Thursday morning and that even included a custom engraved plate. I am so thankful for Perfect Memorials, with the emotions of losing Jake this was one thing I did not have to worry about. Thanks for providing such a beautiful resting place for my beloved Jake. -

This urn is absolutely gorgeous! The transaction was easy, price was right, and shipping was fast. I bought two face plates; one with name and paw prints and the other was a poem. Then I added in four pictures of Harley. The display is beautiful sitting up on our mantel. I love looking at it and remembering the great times we had with our Harley. We love and miss you very much! -

When looking to buy an urn, I wanted it to be able to accomodate photos of my dog at various stages of her life. This urn was perfect! It is large enough to place other items inside, along with your dog's cremains. It was worth every penny. This is a very good quality product. -

It was so hard to lose my precious girl but this is a fitting tribute to her. Her best friend had passed away years earlier and I ordered 2 plaques and put them in the urn together.
