Medium Photo Cube Rotating Cremation Urn
The Medium Photo Cube cremation urn is a unique and special way to display up to 5 photos of a loved one. Made from composite wood that has been finished in a deep brown, the top half of the urn can spin around 360 degrees, allowing you to see all of the photos in this a one-of-a-kind memorial. Each side of the urn will accommodate up to a 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" photo that is protected by a clear pane of acrylic.
Because this urn is medium sized, it may not hold all of your loved one's cremains. Please see the product information above for details on the inside size measurements and volume. The urn lid is lined with 3M™ VHB™ tape (Very High Bond). This clear acrylic tape allows you to easily seal the lid to the base without using glue. Simply peel the tape liner off and gently press the lid on the base.
Optional Engraved Plaque
Personalized your photo cube cremation urn with an optional engraved plaque. Available in silver or gold, this plaque can be placed into one of the photo frames. Choose from a large selection of plaque options, including those with hearts, crosses, doves, and military insignia. Each plaque can include a name and two sentiment lines of 25 characters each, along with a date line that can include up to 35 characters. In addition, you may wish to add one or two poem plaque inserts, featuring one of the brief poems shown below.

This will allow you to review the text and make any changes you wish to see. Optional Urn Burial Container
The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

This is the second one I've purchased. The only thing I find wrong with it is the price.. I think it's overpriced but I do like it a lot. I like that we can have photos, chose the personalized plate (I wish it had more characters in each line though) and it holds the ashes, the certificate of cremation and the dog tag. It's contemporary and solid. -

This is a very nice product!! Arrived fast and packaged with care! My only complaint is ... The plastic inserts that go in front of the picture and plaques ... Have a cloudy haze on some parts that show up and take away from the quality of what you place in the slots!! I'm sure I will get replacements for these! Have not contacted CS yet! -

I am thankful for perfect memorials and that I was able to get this wonderful urn on sale. Our Glover recently passed away and I knew of Perfect Memorials as I recently reviewed them on my blog prior to my Glover's passing. They are a lovely company to deal with, quick shipping, I do not even have my Glover's remains yet which has given us time to get the photos printed and inserted. I love the personalization options for the urn as well. Sad thing to have to purchase but I am glad my pup will rest in peace in a good looking urn. He deserves it. -

Ordered a new urn for my Bales 2 year anniversary.She was a wire haired dachshund and this was perfect. I was able to fit her ashes, a greenie, lock of hair and dog collar with room to fit more. It was easy to set up and trim the photos that I added to the cube. I also had a personalized name plate and poem added. It is perfect and at a wonderful place. Thank you. -

I just lost my beloved cat Larry last month, it was not an easy task for me to shop for an urn. I look everywhere and run into this site. I read all the review and saw this very special rotating photo cube urn, right away I know this is the one I want. Something special for my Larry. Shipping was fast, the package came via FedEx nicely package. It look even better in person which I am very impressed with the urn, it was absolutely beautiful and perfect. I choose a medium size which is a little big for cat, but it turn out alright because I was able to add his favorite cat nip toy & a mouse inside. I had one engraved "we love and miss you" in gold. I had this on the top lid and the other four side I put photos. The installation is pretty easy for me. Just following the instruction that came along with the box. I am glad I run into this perfect memorial. I would recommend this to everyone I know. Thank you for your care for such meaningful and memorable products! -

I ordered a custom photo cube for my dogs remains. The product is very nice and the engraved silver plates that slide inside are beautifully done. The suggestion about the size I needed was accurate. The product was mailed in a timely fashion and was received in just a few days. For example choose free shipping...I ordered on Tuesday and received the urn on Saturday. -

We lost our wonderful dog Bella the day after New Years. The crematorium we used placed her ashes inside a cedar box. Admittedly, it was a nice cedar box but we really wanted more for our dog who meant so much. The crematorium had a few other choices but they cost as much as the cremation itself and many were even twice that. This photo cube urn fit the bill and the budget. It looks beautiful and inserting the photos was easy. Some of the reviews complained about the covers being plastic rather than glass, but I don't think it detracts from it at all. Ordered the velvet cremains bag as well. Bella was just over 75 pounds and her ashes fit perfectly inside the urn. I love being able to see her picture from across the room.
