The Medium Heart or Oval Adoration Pet cremation urn is made from composite wood with a walnut veneer. Choose to have an optional heart or oval shaped frame to hold your favorite photo. This urn is easily sealed through the bottom with a removable base and screws. The bottom of the urns are covered in a soft black felt which will help prevent damage when placed on delicate surfaces such as wood or glass. Woodgrain varies with each urn.

Optional Engraving

An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. The name line can be up to 25 characters, the sentiment line can be up to 45 characters, and the dates line can be up to 20 characters.

Available on this product is an engraving example. If you choose this service, a mock-up of your engraving will be e-mailed to you within 24-business hours. This will allow you to review the text and make any changes you wish to see. Do note, the engraving will not be displayed on the product you purchase, rather it is meant to give you an idea of fonts, verbiage and layouts chosen. If you purchased an item with a custom photo engraving, the photo will not be displayed in the engraving example but we will be certain to use any/all cropping notes you provided to us when you placed your order. Optional Urn Burial Container

The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

So I ordered this on sat and I received this on Thursday for my dog that I recently put to sleep. When it came in it was packaged so nice so it would not get damaged! When I looked at it, it brought tears to my eyes it exceeded my expectation! It is well worth the money!!! In a couple weeks I am going to buy 2 more one for my old dog a one for my old cat!

I have ordered from another company in the past, and this urn is really nice. It has all of the additions I want like a pic insert, birth/death dates, and a place to describe my affection for my beloved dog. I received the urn in 2 days which was very surprising.

Being a show/breeder person, I have had to order many urns for my dogs in the past, and this is by far the nicest one. I have 2 dogs left and when their time comes, I will definitely reorder this urn.

We were very disappointed with the quality of this urn. The urn does not sit flush on it's base. The edges are beveled, but that is not it. When held up to the light, you can clearly see through parts of it. We are not happy that his ashes are so exposed to the environment. Due to the heavy staining used to make the etching show, the grain and imperfections are amplified. There is a streak through his face that ruins the picture. Had they removed the excess stain before sealing it, it would not have been so noticeable. The front is also quite obviously darker than the rest of the urn. Probably also due to the staining. Lastly, why would #2 squarehead screws be used? We had to go buy a special screwdriver in order to open it. Can't understand why it could not be a Phillips head or a flat head screwdriver or even an allen key since those are standard tools.

It doesn't seem very secure for ashes and I was not impressed with the quality of the product for what I paid. The chain is cheap and chinzy, nothing I would trust for a piece of jewelry I plan to wear all the time. The joint where the locket opens and closes is already loose and wiggling back and forth. I like the design of the teardrop and rose, but I want something that holds ashes as well as has a spot for a picture, and I want better quality in the product.
