Medium Limestone Rock Cremation Urn
This truly unique medium limestone rock cremation urn is a great way to memorialize your loved one or beloved pet. This beautiful limestone reproduction stone is made by combining real granite rock powder and premium resin materials. The mixture creates an ultra strong base while a durable polyurethane finish protects from rain, sun and snow exposure. This special memorial can be displayed inside your home, within a garden or on an exterior rock way. The urn can hold the cremains of a loved one that had a healthy weight of approximately 80 lbs. or less prior, or a pet that weighed approximately 70 lbs or less prior to passing (see why the capacity is different for humans vs pets in our article on how to select the right size cremation urn). Once the urn has been filled, it can be secured closed with the provided 2.5" weather-resistant plug with gasket.
Optional Engraving
An optional engraved plaque can be adhered to the urn. You may choose up to 4 lines of text with 25 characters per line. Engraving will be done on a UV protected outdoor poly nameplate and adhered upon delivery with the provided weatherproof permanent adhesive. NOTE: the urn has a flat spot molded into it where the plaque is meant to be adhered. If the plaque option is bypassed, the flat spot will still be on the urn.

Not as Expected

I ordered this urn without the engraving plate. Unfortunately it came with a spot for an engraving plate. This should be included in the description. I wanted it to look like a rock. I was disappointed and returned the item. -
Overall, a good buying experience

The urn I ordered shipped quickly and seems to be good quality. My only complaint is that the plaque does not sit flush against the rock, so the adhesive is insufficient. We'll fix it with some liquid nails. -

Love this urn. Perfect for our 14-yr old basset. Going to go under her favorite juniper.
Only “con” is the plaque doesn’t sit flat against the stone. We’ll sand the stone flatter & won’t have a problem with the plaque remaining permanent. -
Disappointed

I am VERY disappointed with this urn. The name plate is not attached when it arrived and doesn't fit exactly in the space provided on the urn. Also, the plastic name plate doesn't seem weather proof at all. I had planned to purchase two more, but after seeing this urn I won't be. Bottom line this is a cheap product. -
Defective product

We recently ordered a medium-sized limestone rock urn, which is our second (identical to one purchased 3 years ago). When it arrived, I wasn't able to attach the plaque, since the flat area where the plaque is to be affixed was slightly bowed (and there's not enough surface to securely attach to). It's a clear defect, and I contacted customer service to notify them of the issue. I learned from the (second) rep I spoke to that this was a problem following a redesign of this product, and that there wasn't a way to keep the plaque affixed without using epoxy. (Which, of course, isn't included in the package.)
So, essentially, this is a knowingly defective product that is still being sold, despite it's inability to function as intended.

Great product, one little tweak
on
I ordered this product for our 4 year old boxer boy who was taken from us too early by cancer. This urn arrived and looks great. It is inside right now so I cannot say anything about its ability to withstand the weather. The one warning I would give is that the opening to the urn is not particularly large and required some manipulation of the ashes to get them to fit inside. Our boy was around 65 lbs, and this urn is rated up to 80 lbs, which I could see being difficult to fit inside. Overall however I am very pleased. -

A Perfect Memorial

This urn was the perfect resting place for our Adi dog as he was always on watch, earning him the nickname "Sgt. Rock". The engraving option was also a factor in the purchase allowing room for his name & nickname, date of birth/death, as well as, a fitting epitaph. -
Perfect for our cat

We lost our cat a few weeks ago, and wanted something to put in our yard with her ashes. This was perfect. It doesn't look cheap or cheesey, and it blends in with the other things in our yard. Definitely the perfect thing to remember our cat by.
