This urn is made from composite wood and has a beautiful hand polished satin cherry wood finish. Composite wood will not crack or warp, thus beautifully sustaining the urn's appearance.
With an inside capacity of 200 cubic inches, this urn is suitable for a loved one who had a healthy weight of 200 lbs or less. The ashes are placed into the urn through a bottom panel. It is highly recommended to keep the ashes inside of the secured bag they are provided to you in. Many choose to place this bag inside of a velvet bag for an added layer of protection. This urn is easily seals on the bottom with a removable base and threaded screws.
Optional Engraving
An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 4 lines with a total of 40 characters on each line. Engraving will be done on the front or top of the urn. Optional artwork may also be engraved (See artwork options above). You may choose to have the engraving done on the front of the urn or on the top.
Engraving your memorial helps to permanently identify the urn. Personalization helps make the memorial for your loved one personal and unique. Some cemetaries can require direct engraving for identifcation purposes. In the incident of being misplaced or lost the engraving can help return the memorial back to it's proper location.
Optional Urn Burial Container
The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

We ordered this box for my dad's ashes. We checked several funeral homes first but only found the traditional urn shapes that just weren't what my mom was looking for. Plus, those they offered at the funeral homes all started at $350 and went up from there.
This product was a great price and it is so pretty in person. My mom wanted something of a jewelry box-type. She has it displayed in her bedroom and it blends in nicely without looking like a traditional urn. We chose not to get it engraved. The wood itself is very nicely carved. Everyone at church remarked how tasteful they thought it was.

Very satisfied with the Box, it was hard at first to decide which wood But I'm so happy that I chose the Cherry Wood. It's difficult to make this kind of decision; my husband of 51 yrs of marriage passed away rather quickly after being diagnosed with cancer. After searching the internet, I know I made the right chose. The script and the art work are well done, very pretty and I am so pleased with my selection. I was amazed at how beautiful this urn was in person. The cherry wood used is high quality and very elegant which show cased the engraving beautifully. Our loss was unexpected so we had to rush the order on a short notice. The staff at Perfect Memorials went above and beyond to make this possible and were kind and patient during the process.
