The front of the knit sweater has a stitched heart with optional engraving and the back has an optional angel wing embroidery that comes in 4 different colors. Urn Size & Filling Information

Since this is a sharing urn, the size of the urn matters, especially if you are hoping to share the ashes. The urn's outside dimensions are approx. 13" W x 16" H and an inside capacity of 15 cubic inches, about one cup of ashes. This urn will only hold a very small portion of the ashes of a loved one who had a healthy weight of 15 lbs (6.8 kg) or less. As a keepsake urn, you are not able to install all of the ashes in one singular bear.

Each bear has a zippered opening on the back for the easy installation of the ashes. A small plastic bag is included with each bear for holding a small quantity of ashes while inside the urn. A small red fabric heart is also included for holding remembrance keepsakes, such as soil from the graveside, dried funeral flowers, or a lock of hair. The red fabric heart is not intended to hold ashes.

Displaying & Burying The Urn

The Large Teddy Bear Cremation Urn may be displayed in your home, stored in a columbarium or niche, or buried. If you plan to bury this urn, it is vital that a burial container be used to protect the urn and its contents. Direct burial is not advised. You should check with your burial location to determine specific guidelines they may have but a burial container should be used in all burial instances. An optional personalization can be done on the front heart in either a script or block style font. Personalization can be up to 2 lines with 20 characters per line.
