The urn was beautifully crafted and looked just as it did in the picture. We did have a small issue with the lid and base threads when it came time to opening and closing the urn, but it was easily fixed by cleaning the threads and then applying a little graphite from a #2 pencil along the seal of the urn. I loved the way the urn wasn't just plain cream colored. The way it was painted made it look like there was some texture to the urn.
