Customize this plate with up to 7 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 35 characters. Each line of engraving is $4.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $9.98 plus the base cost of the plate.

Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

My husband, a woodworker, made a box for my father's cremains. I wanted a plaque for it and after searching the web, found it at Perfect Memorials. I loved it and immediately ordered it with the dove. I asked in the comment section if I could get the US Naval insignia engraved on it. I received a call the next morning and this nice gal told me that they would be unable to do that, would I like to go ahead with the order and the dove engraving. I said "of course!" Imagine my surprise when I received my plaque in the mail today and it is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! AND it has the US Naval insignia engraved on it. PERFECT MEMORIALS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME!!! Excellent engraving. No errors. Would buy again. Fast processing and shipping.Only complaint. Postal service bent the envelope and slight bend in the panel. Was able to straighten easily. 4 rating instead of 5 because of shipping.
