Customize this plate with up to 3 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 35 characters. Each line of engraving is $4.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $9.98 plus the base cost of the plate.
Attaching a Plate
Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

purchased an engraved plate to personalize an urn. only asked for one line of engraving - and font/positioning was adjusted accordingly. very nice touch. only thing is that the double sided tape/foam that attaches the plate to the urn is a bit thick so there is a bit of a space between the plate and urn. -

You did an excellant job on the plaque that goes on the front of the urn/vault. Since I did not have a current picture or add a poem, you adjusted the print so that everything fit perfectly on the plaque (plate) and it really looks great. We are very pleased. Thank you so much. -

I am very pleased with the engraved plate I ordered to put on my cat's urn. It came with an adhesive backing and was easy to apply. The urn looks very nice on our mantle.
