This urn has optional inside the urn bags available. These bags can accomodate up to 210 cubic inches of cremains. This makes them suitable for most adults, having had a healthy weight of 210 lbs or less. Cremains should always be kept sealed inside a secure plastic bag, especially if not also contained within a velvet bag. You may put a bag of cremains into this urn without a velvet bag but caution is encouraged to avoid any mishaps.
