The Extra Small Adoration Photo Cremation Urn is made from composite wood with a walnut veneer. Choose to have an optional heart, rectangle, or oval shaped frame to hold your favorite photo. This urn is easily sealed through the bottom with a removable base and screws. The bottom of the urns are covered in a soft black felt which will help prevent damage when placed on delicate surfaces such as wood or glass. Woodgrain varies with each urn.

Optional Engraving
An optional engraving can be done in either a script or block style font. Engraving can be up to 3 lines with a total of 35 characters on each line. Engraving will be done directly on the front of the urn.

Engraving your memorial helps to permanently identify the urn. Personalization helps make the memorial for your loved one personal and unique. Some cemetaries can require direct engraving for identifcation purposes. In the incident of being misplaced or lost the engraving can help return the memorial back to it's proper location.
Optional Urn Burial Container
The Crown Vault Urn Burial Container is made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.

I bought one in 2012 for my furry little baby and was so happy with it I came back and purchased another one for her big sister who passed away 9 days ago. I was so happy and thrilled they still had this style. I got it quickly and will come back to Perfect Memorials again and again. -

I just had my cocker put down on 3.16.15 he was almost 16yrs old. I had searched lots of different web sites and like this one the best. The urn its self is very nice I like it a lot.
The only thing is it is very small with writing, space to put cremation remains with a velvet bag, and picture space.
But overall looks are very nice it will be a restful place for belated animal family member.
Oh.. Be very careful at check out when system offers you to purchase a velvet bag that can fit up to a 40lb animal and the extra small urn only can fit up to a 30lb animal. No room for velvet bag. -

The perfect fit for my 22 pound Frenchie with room to spare. I did not order the photo part since I was only interested in having my sentiments about my girl engraved on the box and it was beautifully done. I will miss her for the rest of my life but I am comforted that I can always keep her close now. The urn is well constructed and a wonderful resting place for her. -

Getting this urn was a long time in coming. Periodically I'd look for the perfect urn but couldn't find one with everything I wanted for my very special Little boy. It made me cry all over again when I opened the box- that I was able to find something so perfect. He was so special. So incredibly special. He was 19 when he passed- we grew up together- incredible journey and I miss him every minute of the day. Thank you Perfect Memorials for creating the perfect memorial. -

This was perfect for my infant daughter it was bigger then I thought which is a good thing because I wasent sure of the size at first . I got this for my cat who recently passed. I've ordered other more simpler ones in the past and I have to say I am glad that I did go with a better looking piece. It looks very much like depicted in the picture. If I had to say anything negative about it I would say it is a bit over prized. by the time you add inscription, the heart shaped window,etc. it was over $90. which I found steep, the window is also a bit small, but all in all I am happy with it and it looks good on my desk where I can be reminded of my buddy whenever I'm on the computer. Also since I am never getting rid of the Ashes I think its worth investing a bit more.
