Adding personalization to this urn ensures your loved one is honored in the most pristine way. You may add up to 5 lines of engraving with 35 characters on each line. Also available are several basic artwork options that will be engraved below any custom text. The engraving is complete through a laser process. We offer an optional engraving example which can allow you to see the engraving layout prior to its completion. We just recently ordered this urn and it is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend it. I will say, if you order the small heart, it is lovely but the lettering is so small and very hard to see. -

We liked the product very much. The only thing I was really disappointed about was the number of scratches on it, with a couple quite deep on it and a number of embedded dirt/dots imperfections but we needed it right away so no other choice.
