Iordered one set of 5 for my family for my son who died and also ordered one for a friend whose daughter died. I really like them. The quality is good. The ribbon could be a tad longer, but they come in individual bags and are very nice. -

I ordered 3 personalized ornament for a dear friend who passed away that had 3 young children. The ornaments were perfect. A perfect token in such a sad situation. They can be used on their xmas tree, kept in windows, hanging in their rooms. A perfect gift. -

Nice ornament to memorialize our granddaughter who was still born. Ordered 6. One for us and one each for family to hang on their trees. Two things could be better. Photography of the sample product is done with white background. Very hard to see. Second is that you have to guess at what it will look like when it is produced. Other sites have software that show what you are creating. Will use Perfect Memorials again in the future as the quality is good.
