A little cat is sleeping quietly in a warm basket on top of this charming cremation urn. The cat figure is beautifully hand painted with an antiqued bronze finish and made from cold cast resin, allowing the fine detailing and careful crafting to stand out. You can place your departed pet's ashes inside this cat urn through a small panel in the bottom of the urn. The bottom is also covered in soft black felt to protect the surface of your furniture.
Urn Size & Filling Information
This urn is 25 cubic inches in volume making it suitable for a cat who had a healthy weight of 20 lbs. Make sure to double check the weight so that your beloved pet has the proper resting place.
On the bottom of the urn is a removable panel with a d-ring closure to secure it shut. The panel has a rubber gasket to keep the inside of the urn air-tight. To fill the urn the panel will be removed, a bag containing your loved ones remains is placed inside and the panel is put back in place.
Displaying & Burying The Urn
This urn makes a great work of art to display in your home. However, if the plan for this urn is to be buried, it is important to consider a burial container. Burial containers will protect the urn from damage when buried as it is not meant to carry the weight of burial on its own. The Crown Vault Urn Burial Containers are made from lightweight polystyrene. It can withstand 4,300 pounds of top load pressure on a single vault! This container is designed to protect the urn and any other keepsakes inside when buried. A wide lip allows the vault to be carried easily and allows for a clean adhesive application; adhesive is included.
Personalizing This Urn
This urn has the option for an engraved plaque. The plaque is used to bring another level of personalization for a lasting family momento, passed on for generations. The addition of a loved ones name, legacy dates and their titles (name, nickname, etc.) are most common. This cat urn features an optional engraved plaque, which has space for up to 4 lines of engraving in a script or block font. The name line can be up to 25 characters and the sentiment lines can be up to 60 characters per line. Add optional artwork to the plaque from the choices above. You may also add a poem engraved plaque to be attached to the back side of the urn.
The plaque is not attached to the urn prior to shipping. This allows the freedom for each person to adhere the urn as you see fit with the included permanent adhesive. See our easy plaque application instructions to make the process a breeze.

Beautiful Cat Urn

We lost our cat Tigger to illness after 18 years. We knew the end was coming and had been looking for urns ready for the time coming. As soon as I saw this urn I knew it was the one. Although you do not deliver to England a contact I have in America kindly offered to purchase the item and ship it to me. She liked it so much she bought one for herself too. I love the urn. Even with the shipping costs and duty I had to pay it was still worth it. I'm so glad I found it when I was looking. The only thing I would say is that when I undid the underneath to put in the ashes the seal came up a little and I had to glue it back down . But it was no problem. I so wish you had a contact or supplier in England as they would be well received and I would definitely purchase again for my other cat should the time arrive. Thank you so much for creating such a lovely product for Tiggers final resting place. -

This is such a sweet and perfect final resting place for my beloved 15 yr old Abyssinian cat. With the slightly large ears it reminds me of Kolohe when he was a young, healthy cat. He is sleeping in peace now but with a watchful eye on his brothers the cats and his sister the dog and his mom and dad. -

This Urn is Ideal

We have the ashes of a number of beloved pets who've crossed over. The ashes of our first two kitties came in small tins. The next 3 were delivered to us in wooden boxes of varying size and appearance. After 20 years, we felt strongly our first two should have special urns, too.
When we viewed all that Perfect Memorials had to offer, we couldn't pass by this urn. We purchased two and we couldn't be happier. They are absolutely beautiful and set a very high standard.
I was amazed at the speed of delivery. The only concern came when one of the boxes was difficult to pry open as a result of a vacuum seal that needed to be broken. Beyond that, we can't praise them enough. -

This lovely memorial urn arrived in just a few days and is even nicer than the picture shows.
When we read that it was a resin mold, we thought it might be lightweight and seem "cheap", but that is not at all the case. It's quite substantial, has wonderful detail and has a very nice bronze-look finish.
We were concerned that it might be too small, but there was even enough extra space inside to include some mementos (a photo, her tag, a note and such).
The two plates we ordered to attach to the base (under the basket) were engraved perfectly - EXACTLY per our request.
We could not be more pleased with this item and with Perfect Memorials! -

This cat in the basket was just beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for to remember my 15 years with my family cat. Of course it's very difficult to open something like this when it comes but... It is made really well! I ordered it custom with his name & other memoriable words. That came seperately for you to put on yourself. I liked that because it made it alot more personal for me. I recomment cat in the basket for sure! And I recommend seller over Amazon because you can personalize it & they really care about your loss & satisfaction. Thanks for that!
