The Classic Engraved Plate is made from industrial resin. This plate can help turn any product into a unique personalized memorial. Our expert engravers will design each plate with care and precision. This plate is UV outdoor safe and will not fade, chip or rust.
Plate Engraving
Customize this plate with up to 5 lines of engraving. Each line can contain up to 45 characters. Choose from a variety of fonts. Each line of engraving is $3.99. For example, two lines of engraving would be $7.98 plus the base cost of the plate. Choose from a variety of artwork and poems as well. (See artwork options above and poem options below.)
Attaching a Plate
Each plate comes with double sided adhesive. This adhesive can be used to attach the plate to a wide variety of materials such as wood, metal, glass or plastic.

I am only giving this a 4 because, the print on the Plate for the Poem was so small. I guess I could have gotten a larger plate but, when one is working thought grief you do not think well. The over all workmanship is excellent and if ever I need or someone I know needs this service I will direct them here. Thank you. Ms. Gloria B. -

I got this and had it made by Perfect Memorials for my father's urn who passed away in June 2011. And they did a fantastic job, very professional work. Everything I wanted on his plaque was very well done, even down to the Navy artwork. Because of Perfect Memorials, my father's urn is no longer bare looking, and I thank them so much for this. -

this plaque is very well made and attatched to the urn i have for Dana and his twin Daniel who passed a away 1 yr. ago in May.i would have purchased a angel to place by the plaque but i could not find that you sold them..thank you for the prompt service ;
