This solid wood flag case that is American made and has a classic oak finish. The case is designed to hold a standard military or other flag that is 5' x 9-1/2' before folding. Flag cases are most commonly used to hold flags presented to families of a fallen veteran or first responder. The front of the case has a durable glass presentation window so the flag can be seen at all times. The back side of the case opens by twisting the mounted turn-button closures holding a panel in place. Once the flag is placed inside, it will be securely held inside by replacing the panel and twisting the buttons back into place. No tools are necessary. Also on the back side of the flag case is a bracket that can be used to mount the case on a wall. It may also sit on a mantle or other flag surface for display, too.

Optional Engraved Plaque

To enhance this special memorial flag case, an optional engraved plate may be added to the front. Engraving is completed on a premium brass plate that has a golden border and a black center. When the engraving is etched into the plate, the border brass color will show through to display a sleek, uniform sentiment. This plaque can accommodate up to 4 lines of engraving with 35 characters on each line. You may also choose to add one of our various artwork options to the side of the text engraving too. Our skilled engraving experts will ensure the personalization you choose is laid out to provide the best appearance. Although the plaque will ship with the flag case, it will not come attached. We will provide an easy-to-use permanent adhesive to adhere the plaque to the case in the location you most desire.
